Cancelation Policy

ITI Conference operates under the following Cancelation Policy.

If we receive your written cancellation before May 24, 2007, i.e. before deadline for reduced Conference fee, the registration fee will be refunded deducted by all bank transfer/credit card fees as well as by an administrative fee of 10 EUR.

There are no refunds for cancellations received after May 24, 2007.

However, and upon your request, we can transfer your fee to some other person from your institution who can participate at the Conference instead of you.
