All payer bank charges are payer's responsibility. If you are paying the registration fee by bank transfer please add an amount of EUR 10 for "recipient bank charges".

Registration fee includes:

  • entrance to all conference sessions and program events,
  • conference proceedings (printed and CD) and all printed materials,
  • satchel with conference souvenirs,
  • lunches for all 4 conference days,
  • welcome cocktail party with light dinner,
  • ITI night club party,
  • conference excursion,
  • conference dinner,
  • refreshments during coffee breaks.

Important notes:

To qualify for the special, discounted student rate a participant/author should meet the following three conditions:

  1. He/she should send a scan of a valid student id-card (with visible expiration date)
    by e-mail (to iti@srce.hr) or by fax to +385 1 616 55 91 prior to the payment.
    For on-site registration, a student should present a valid student id-card at the conference desk.
  2. He/she is a full-time student (e.g. not employed)
  3. He/she is less than 32 years old at the time of on-site registration.

IEEE members should present their valid IEEE membership card at conference registration desk.

 

Registration fee should be paid for each person attending the conference (or any conference event).


Registration fee must be paid for each publication to be approved. The only exception is when a SOLE author has two acceptances; only one registration fee would be required.


For participants who need Croatian visa we will send an Invitation letter and receipt for payment ONLY AFTER receiving a payment of the registration fee. (It is not possible to pay on-site for participants who need Croatian visa.)
