Please be sure that you are paying appropriate registration fee.

Please print out and fill order form (PDF or Word), sign it and fax it to ITI Accounting Office fax number: +385 1 616 55 56.

Order form for credit card and bank transfer payment must be received before June 10, 2009.

After June 10, 2009, it will be possible only on-site registration.

2. Participants from Croatia

Payment should be made in Croatian Kuna’s (HRK) and amount should be equivalent to the registration fee in Euros (using HNB's middle exchange rate at the day of payment).

All bank charges are the sender's responsibility.

3. On-site payment

On-site payment of the full registration fee (no discount) will be possible on conference registration desk by cash (in Croatian kunas) and by credit cards (American Express, MasterCard and Visa).

It is not possible to pay on-site for participants who need Croatian visa.
